Quickly become a very popular darter both locally and to our north and south, the Yozuri Mag Darter is an excellent caster and has the most realistic finishes of any of the popular darters. It's also one of the more active darters in the water with a fairly tight wiggle (for a darter any way ;-) Great in any rip, noted as a very valuable lure at both Montauk and Indian River Inlet in the most recent reports.

The late John Habrek from Hab's Plugs tells me this was his "secret weapon", taking fish when nothing else could. It wasn't until he finally confessed to a tackle shop owner what he was doing to catch fish after fish when other guys were drawing blanks that the Mag Darters suddenly appeared all over the place in tackle shops! Sometimes you just hate yourself for coming clean like that! ;^)

The Mag Darters have proven themselves to be a must have lure - they have saved many a night for many folks! A few buddies last spring on Nantucket absolutely mopped up the big bass on these thing - they were surprised...even more so when they have to restock their bags on the island for closer to $20 a lure  :-)
