    The Stumpy Needlefish is modeled after a classic, made popular north of here, it's usefulness is becoming common knowledge now here in our area! These needles are a little thinner in diameter than those you are used to, they are made with hard wood as opposed to cedar to be strong, and they are wired through. They are distance bombs that stay up high with a fairly slow retrieve and are excellent bunker or mullet imitations, as well as any baitfish that rides high in the water column. They can be fished shallow, deep, or anywhere in between. Perfect for reaching the fish when they are a long way off...and it's versatile, can be fished at any depth. They are an excellent teaser delivery plug!
