Saltwater Long A - Saltwater A-Salt and the old favorite HD Long A Bomber Nothing need to really be said about these plugs, everyone has 'em, everyone knows they work. These are the workhorse lures for stripers, they are used effectively from jetties, from the sand, in rivers, in bays, inlets, and canals...talk about versatile! My own personal best striper ate a 6" Bomber in what's been locally called the "schoolbus" pattern...and we just got a bunch of 'em! The "n-clears" as we call them are deadly in clearer water or during the day. They are clear sided, scale patterned, silver mirrored insert with a color on the back. We're adding colors all the time - just added pearl, yellow/white - one of my long time favorites :-)  Long A Bomber shown here: olive/clear, black/clear, baby striper, and schoolbus. Not shown: black/gold chrome, yellow/white, pearl, solid black, black/gold insert/orange belly, chicken scratch, or black chrome minnow. |
