Chernobyl Hackle Deceiver: This is a very visible saltwater fly or teaser, in all conditions. It has a darker chartreuse back, a lighter chartreuse collar, olive crystal flash, and a good dose of peacock herl topping. An excellent searching patter as fish can pick this one out at a good distance. Striped bass and weakfish can't resist it. Also, I've noticed that this "Chernobyl" color scheme, as Charlie and I have deemed it, have been very effective as the fall progresses.
